But they didn't come here after reading Nick Bostrom, Ray Kurzweil or Yuval Noah Harari. They come here reading news articles and as such this newcomer crowd was 8/10 "terminators" AIs and singularity suddenly went mainstream only to talk about it in a very oversimplified terms. Watching it was a massive cringe and we just couldn't help but avoid anything about AIs in mass media - it's like suddenly my favorite subject was being discussed at a level of 5 year old but everywhere. ⬇️
