For the last two weeks, I’ve been feeling a mild strain in my back—something I’m no stranger to from my nursing days. I continued with my Pilates core workouts, being mindful of how my body was feeling and making sure not to push too hard.
I was even considering seeing a TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) practitioner to help ease the strain.
But today, something amazing happened—I realized the strain is gone! 🥳
