An extremely underrated romance trope that has my whole heart is when both leads are crushing hard on each other from the beginning but have no idea the other feels the same way. Would love any romance book reps that may have this!!!

I just binged what is available of OUR NIGHT SHIFT on WEBTOON and I'm literally that "spectacular, give me 14 of them right now" meme.

I’m reading All the Passion by Kelly Violet and it’s got great mutual pining. Also Driving Her Wild by Mariah Ankenmen. As a reader and an author mutual pining/slow burn is my trope of choice so I’m happy to share my books but only if it’s ok with you.

The Chocolate Touch by Laura Florand is swoony, sexy, and set in the Parisian chocolate making world. It’s one of my favorite rereads And! Seconding that @hillykeen rec, her stuff is delightful

Love this trope too! And, just started reading a book that sort of fits this bill. Karelia Stetz-Waters’ _Worth the Wait_ in which both leads crushed on each other in HS (but neither knew it), and then they meet at a HS reunion and the truth emerges. Great fun!
