I’m a 37-year-old bi/pan queer girl and I didn’t come out until I was 25. Here’s some unsolicited advice for younger queers: you don’t owe the world every facet of your identity. It’s ok to hold back parts of yourself, to only share them with close friends and/or romantic partners. You don’t have to put your whole self on full display to be Out or authentic.
