My friend just received a new job offer. Their current job, at a large corporation, that has treated her ok (emphasis “ok”), offers semi-annual bonuses as long as you are employed on a day coming up next week. Does she give two week notice now and hope they don’t let her go immediately? Or does she quit same or next day as the bonus qualifies? Some other option? What’s the best move here?
