I will never understand how the person could have packed their stuff & left 3 dogs & 2 cats in an apartment for months. 1 deceased dog but these 2 & the cats made it out. Hope (long hair) and Finley are enjoying the beautiful day after living in filth. Tougher animal abandonment and cruelty laws are needed & fast. NY is becoming the next Texas/Cali with the animal cruelty. Which ever president gets in needs to hear about it & fast.
