Ran out of eggs this morning, so made vegan waffles in this 30 year old waffle iron using k2milling ‘s Dave Black flour and a tablespoon of their cranberry flour to add antioxidants. Love that the waffle iron is Belgian size with the extra big squares. Topped with BIL and SIL’s homemade maple syrup.
