I tell yea, it's been a helluva month! Tree feel on the roof last month, now this morning the HVAC entirely failed. I'm glad I pay for the coverages that I do. Roof was around 10.5k, HVAC was shy of 2.5k. All in all I only had to pay 1k. Look at the positives in everything and move forward.
