My friends & I learned the runic alphabet that is used in The Hobbit. We had a friend notebook, where we would jot down our thoughts to each other during separate classes, & pass the notebook bw classes. All in runes, never got in trouble. I still accidentally slip into writing runes when I write all-caps.
