Honestly?? This might be controversial, but medicine. My father and his contemporaries were the last doctors that were majorly passionate and really good at their jobs. Whether physically consulting or using medicine in a corporate setting, they knew and appreciated the gravitas of their work. Nowadays most doctors are not street-smart, they are ALLLLL about the God complex and the status & wealth related to their profession.
