I had one of better runs of the summer today. The cooler weather helps. My usual long run formula of 1st half easy 2nd half around 2 mins slower than 5k race pace. I kept getting sweat in my eyes which was annoying AF! Look at my eyes after I just finished 🤨
9 miles today and a 30 mile week. I've been slowly building for the last 6 weeks coming off of plantar fasciitis. It started in April and is just now getting better.
