My YouTube doesn't pay my bills, and I don't make enough money from content creation to hire a video editor But if I could, I would Video editing takes time, skill, and money. If I could hire a professional editor I would. And therefore I don't judge people who contract out their editing (as long as they are honest about that fact)

If they decide dispelling the "one-person show" illusion will hurt their ability to pay their bills - including their team's fees - it's not for me to judge. (Not to be confused with outright lying.)
