The part of the park Mel & I walked today was deserted. I walked further down the path than I had before. And yes, I had a bit of a panic attack. But I didn’t immediately rush home so I’m taking that as a win. Plus a few months ago I wouldn’t have even attempted to do it, it just wouldn’t have happened. So there’s progress.
