First HM distance since Spring today! Felt really solid aerobically, but definitely feel the miles on my legs. Gorgeous outside here in the HTX, still sunny and warm but simply heaven compared to the soup of a few weeks ago. Thrilled to know I've still got that base. RunningThreads
