The arrow head inside the circle confuses me. I mean I get it, but I just don't like it I suppose. If it was me getting the tattoo, I would go with what you have minus the arrowhead in the middle. It's like a normal symbol for female, but tipped up. That's my take but obviously it's your tattoo.

It’s cool but I’d challenge you to think of something symbolic and unique that’s more showing than telling, if that makes sense. Turn it into something that will catch attention as a piece of art
