I'm launching Tuesday Group - a psychotherapy group for 10 to 12 year-olds, in January 2025. Group is a valuable forum to develop the ability to thrive in a group. Our group’s style is experiential and of the moment, rather than didactic. In the group members have the opportunity to learn more about how they relate to others, to approach social challenges in a constructive and therapeutic setting, and to try new and different ways of navigating relationships and groups.
