This is the damage that Zack Snyder has done to Superman; people are now under the impression that the character can only be dark and brooding, instead of bright and colorful, the latter of which is far more comic accurate.

He’s a director who made movies that some people liked and some people didn’t like. That’s all. He didn’t damage or ruin Superman. Stop being so dramatic.

But I am hopeful that James gonna do well, can never judge set pics of costumes for superheroes. I love all portrayals of Supes so far, like I love all portrayals of Batman and Spiderman so am sure am gonna love this one as well even if it likely won't take Henry's spot on the personal list. But then also, why compare anyways, you can like something without disliking the rest.
