This is the future of software PE. Find a distressed service with a large number of customers on auto-renewing subscription plans and buy it in a fire sale. Fire the team (which is the highest cost) and run the service at a huge profit until everyone churns out because the service degrades due to lack of maintenance/investment. Then find another.
