I wholeheartedly admit that at times I respond to certain threads with a tone and an intent for which I am not proud. I have words. It is always in vigorous response to other white men or the actions of the uber-privileged and their agents. I know; I need not enter the fray and defend those being attacked or taken advantage of. They are equipped to defend themselves. But goddamnit, it’s hard for me to sit back and watch. Whether that’s a strength or weakness in me is a matter of perspective.
