Sometimes I feel bad about taking rest days, but lately I’ve been prioritizing rest over excessive training and it’s helped my mental more than I can even explain. My body is also thanking me in more ways than one. I LOVE the gym and love training, but sometimes it’s good to take time and do other things that don’t involve stress on your body. I prefer active rest days over lazy rest days personally. 🫶🏻
