Why is Nespresso service so abysmally poor?
Their phone answering service neither answers nor provides a service. On line I ordered 20 sleeves of Vertuo coffe, fine. At payment they told me that they had “given” me a sleeve of original pods. They then wouldn’t let me complete my order without rounding up my free 10 pods to 50. Back to ground.
