So last week I ate like crap, to get me out of my plateau. Don’t get me wrong I still didn’t eat sugar or anything like that. I just over ate. I weighed myself yesterday, thinking that I have gained weight bc of how crappy I ate and I was prepared for it mentally. However I actually lost .06 lbs. I am now down to 289.6. I’m out of my 290’s now, and to think I started this at 322! Feeling pretty good about myself!
