This fish can be perfectly good but just not looking “pinkish” or orange enough to be desired and I think actually in this case the natural red color might be added that also comes from the nature, maybe karoten, You can research a little bit on that. I’m not an expert but I think in most cases it’s not bad and karoten is actually super healthy. I know because I’ve been studying labels for my whole entire lifetime and I’m not even afraid of any fast foods anymore :)
