To be able to guess the right taste note (without the roaster tell you what it is), and reminisce the flavor of what I have drank too long ago is the *peak of enjoyment* in drinking coffee. I missed this. Lamo doh sero stagnant dan hilang jiwa bila minum kopi, I am too busy chasing trophies and almost forgot why i started drinking coffee. I purely enjoy the beauty of how plethora coffee can be tasted 🥹❤️✨
