always at home. have a whole production going on.
fresh rdy kimchi is not available to me. only the old old, sealed stuff and that's mushy not tasty.
already experimenting with different fruits, next I'll ferment pork and shrimp in kimchi.
just can't find fermented little shrimps in any asia or online shop. I leave them out a bit more fish sauce.
