🚫 Here’s why I’m tired of tech (coming from a designer with +10y of experience) 1. The push is constant. 2. Layoffs, anxiety, and uncertainty 3. There’s so much noise 4. The hustle culture is glorified 5. Companies just “want AI”, instead of focusing on user value 6. Most teams are led by ego, not vision 7.
