7 小時內	Emmylou Smith _emmylousmith_	No, I take a 10-15 minute walk every 2-3 hours with my dogs. It can be hard to remember to take a break, so my dogs are a huge help at reminding me to step away. Getting blue light glasses, drinking lots of water, and using eye drops has helped immensely with eye strain :)
