I average over 20k steps when holidaying. At home, when working, my numbers go up and down like a yo-yo. If I’m running, those days I get 16k+. Days I cycle, lucky to get 6k steps.

13 分鐘內	Diane \| Travel, Eat, Repeat want2travel.eat.repeat	I need to be more disciplined at home. I manage to stay more active on vacations but then enjoy all the foods. Try to eat better at home but then not as active. Need better balance!
