I received a four-star review that was for the same exact issue and almost the same exact words! It said beautiful but a little smaller than expected. I show all of my listings next to a quarter or a ruler, often both. I have all the sizes described in item details and in the description. I lost my star seller rating for a month because I only had a certain number of sales and out of those a certain number of reviews so the percentage dropped below acceptable levels.
