I get what you’re saying but try not to take it personal. It can be frustrating especially when you’ve basically been doing free advertising but they probably get a lot of tags. Brands absolutely do pick and choose, that’s part of their brand identity. Sometimes all it takes is a simple ask. As responsive as they were, I could have seen it going the other way if your approach was different

I mean, a lot of us could say the same for any company we spend money with. Are they all obligated to post work because you spent money with them?? And they showed you way more grace than I would have and gave you too much conversation for how you felt entitled to their business space. I would have simply said, "Yes we do pick and choose." You probably could have worked something out but you taking things personal and it's business.

I personally don’t promote or tag any brands that don’t pay me to do so and this is exactly why. No free promo lol
