King’s College Hospital fails AGAIN! I’ve waited YEARS for this appointment. My doctor didn’t show for the 4th time. The initial mistake was made 12 years ago and I've been paying for it ever since. Despite requesting a phone appointment, I was forced to attend in person—only for him not to be there or respond to calls. @KingsCollegeNHS, patients deserve better! #HealthcareFail PatientsDeserveBetter
