💪 Barbell Chest Press – Why is it so tough for many women starting out?
When I first hit the gym, I noticed the barbell chest press was much harder than other chest press variations, like using machines or dumbbells. But why is this?
Here’s why:
1️⃣ Upper Body Strength: Women generally have less upper body muscle mass, so pressing heavy weights with our chest, shoulders, and triceps can feel like a mountain to climb when starting out. 💥 But strength is built over time!
