Saw a similar piece on Pinterest & had to recreate with a shell I’d been carrying around 20+ yrs. I don’t think of most of my beading projects as ‘art’. Its mostly mindless stringing pretty colors. This one req’d planning, “outside the box” approach & multiple reworks until I created exactly what I saw in my head. I could have YouTubed, saved myself lots of cussing… but then it *would have been just a craft project. I was inspired to create something new & brought my idea to life. ArtThreads
