I keep myself numb because when I allow my self to feel, EVERYTHING comes in like a flood. Today one thought set a serious of feelings in motion and it almost took me. My damn soul hurt. All of the grieving I haven’t done just washed over me! I had to center myself it was so unreal and painful. Back to lala land I happily go. Whew!
