It took about 6 weeks for me to feel a significant difference, although I am taking oral. I also continued to feel better as months passed.

I started HRT about 3 weeks ago. It has changed my life! But the hot flashes still come and go. We did up my amount of estrogen after 2 weeks so I think I might just need time to sort that out. It’s so much better than it was though. And I can breathe again! No one tells you how much low estrogen affects your lungs.

The patch didn’t help me at all. Oral estrogen and progesterone have been a life changer- it took about 6 weeks to really make a difference

I’m in the very early stages… 6 days. Side effects every day, headache and indigestion type issues. I hope they pass soon.

I started noticing improved sleep aka no night sweats within a couple days. I didn't have any side effects starting at 0.025. When we increased my dose to 0.05 I spotted for a week, nothing else (I have a Mirena so that was my first bleeding in a very long time).

I felt better within a few minutes. What side effects? Better sleep. Less pain. More normal.

HRT 6 months here and it’s been EXTREMELY helpful. I have random breakouts and extreme hair growth (means it’s working) Overrall it’s very much worth it IMO

I’ve been on HRT almost 4 months (hit Menopause a little over 2 years ago) it has helped with the joint pain and sleep. After menopause my blood pressure, glucose, and A1C shot up. Intimacy issues and UTIs/bladder issues started. I wanted to try this to see if it will help. I have a check back in November. The only side effect I’m having lately is palpitations - which I will message my doctor about.

In my experience, when that happened to me it meant that my dose wasn’t high enough. It’s like my body was so relieved the first week at finally getting what it needed that it didn’t complain it needed more until 8 or 9 days in.

30 minutes, my bitch factor was back to zero. And I slept the first night.
