It frustrates me that my husband doesn't know how to complain. Ever!! It's as if everything's alright. You're always the one who has to adjust. You deserve what you pay for so if something's wrong, you speak up. It's not everyday that these employees get so lucky that you just allow these issues. They should also be aware SO LET THEM KNOW. Raising concern is never a wrong thing to do most esp when you know you didn't get what you paid for.
