On my IT support job that I've truly enjoyed these last 23 years. I try and be really nice to people, that aren't so nice. The one's having bad day, always apologize for being nasty, after I'm able to help them. The one's that are just being asses, they tend to thank me, but it's usually something like, "at least they got one person that knows what they're doing here". And I always think to myself, " Well buddy, if you weren't so fucking nasty, maybe more people would want to help you.
