I booked my hotel last week, for check in today. I get a confirmation. I have a confirmation number. I get to the hotel, no reservation. I ask for a room. The manager whispers, “I upgraded you. I’m sorry for the mess.” I wasn’t mad. They weren’t mad. Anyway, I basically received the room I reserved. I literally reserved the upgrade. Lmao
