I ran D1 track and cross country and always tell new runners thay the unfortunate thing about running is that something will always hurt you. You have to learn to identify the difference between “hurt” and “injured” because if you stop every time something hurts you’ll never run 😂 Knee pain can be caused by 1,000 different things my answer would be different depending on the fitness level of the runner in question
