Then he needs to bring it to my office. His mom printed the form for him. Completed the form for him. SIGNED HIS NAME ON THE FORM. Delivered it to the wrong office for him. Then emailed and got snarky with me for being too slow to process the form. This is an almost 18-year old graduating this year. Parents, why do you do this!?
