The right doesn't truly care about the children. If they did, they'd ask "What is literally every other country in the world doing that results in little or no school shootings?". They don't want to consider the answer, because owning an AR-15 is more important to them than the safety of their children. They also feel it would never happen at THEIR children's' school.
