This morning, I lost one of the first people to follow me on Threads when I joined in May. I was dumped swiftly without any discussion. This same person thanked me a few days ago for being their biggest fan. It hurts. I thought we were friends, but then is anyone you met online really your friend? Or are we just a bunch of strangers wandering aimlessly in cyberspace looking for something that we are apparently missing in our real lives? Idk. But I've lost a little faith in the world.
