@google is using their AI for customer support now. Just had the misfortune of encountering it. I know it was AI trying to be passed off as a human for a few reasons.
1. No typos for the whole conversation.
2. It gave me three diffrent answers for the same question phased a little differently.
3. It pretended to transfer me to a "specialist in the area" I was asking about, and the virtual second told me they were the same "specialization" as the supposed previous one.
