I was caring for a post menopausal woman in her 70’s asking for insomnia treatment & we were talking about risks of memory loss with many sleep meds & I got hit with “how many women could we have avoided the long term risks of ambien & even hydroxyzine these past few decades if they hadn’t been denied HRT ?”
