g’morning friends! here are my fav wellbeing shock absorber habits: - stay hydrated! - eat something good for you - text a friend and tell them you love them. - go for a 10min walk - notice small moments of joy - take a deep belly breath (meditative or yelling at the gym) easy peasey lemon squeezy no ice baths needed. love y’all!
