Have you asked them how much energy you used ? Are they charging you for solar ? Like a payment program? If not; I would strongly recommend you contact a reputable electrician to come out and check how your home is wired. We used to get massive electric bills every month and eventually we found out the house wasn’t wired properly and that was the problem.
