today I let lentils simmer on a stove for 20. added a bay leaf. at -4 minutes I realized I need something starchy so I nuked new potatoes, skin on and made a dressing of lemon juice, olive oil, cayenne and Himalayan salt. combine the cooked beans, taters and dressing with some kale and crumbly feta and it’s breakfast. mmm.
