"Tech experts" on here are treating the AppleEvent like a massive failure when Apple most likely achieved exactly what they set out to achieve this year for the iPhone by walking the thin line of offering something to everyone. The 16 Pro has actual Pro level features which most regular users do not need. The 16 is good enough for early adopters and absolute fans to want one. While the incremental update doesn't make anyone above an XS feel like their current devices are massively outdated.
