The artists who can spot AI is because of their experience with art, they understand how the minds of artists work, the anomalies that AI create but artists won't create. The funny thing is these people love art and the process of creation and won't be satisfied with the way AI art is made. So they won't become AI artists ever.. On the other hand the ones who use AI were never true artists, so it's not possible for them to spot the stuff real artists can identify !!

They are trying to. They smudge and hide it, they overpaint and make fake process videos but it’s still so painfully obvious.
