BMI (body mass index) is flawed, harmful and was never meant to gauge individual health. BRI - body roundness index - may be better. It still doesn’t distinguish muscle from fat, but it uses your actual measurements, and you can factor in your race / ethnicity, age, and gender (though the model I’ve seen is binary). I tried this — it tried to estimate my body fat and it was off by 4 points compared to my last DEXAscan. What do you think? HealthyWeight https://webfce.com/bri-calculator/
